Cheerhouse Bakery was registered as a business enterprise by the Corporate Affair Commission (CAC) in June, 2021. The promoters, Fregstine & Constance Fregene, having had a very successful work-life in the aviation industry, as senior management staff, decided to venture into the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), sector, specifically, the bakery industry.
